Benchmarking The Last of Us using the AMD RX 6900XT 16GB (Sapphire Nitro+) @1440p using the recommended drivers Adrenalin 23.3.2. It was not the smoothest experience and while mostly playable it's not really passable as a good port, hopefully it will be patched in the following weeks. If you're looking to play this game using a 6900XT I highly recommend using driver version 22.11.1 or earlier* for a much smoother experience, this is how I played the game and I can say it was much better than the "recommended" driver version!
