Spilo also has a Havana map guide that you can view here:    • HAVANA MAP GUIDE (how to win this map!)   My notes: 1st: OFFENSE (Sigma, Orisa, Rein, Ram, Zarya) Go main Clear left room Clear close high right (hiding players) Clear balcony right (dive) Take newstand Dive: take far left Brawl: Take far green car -Enemy team is split left/right -Kill stragglers on left -Take right mega DO NOT go down right stair DO NOT overprioritize main window over point DEFENSE (Sigma, Orisa, Rein, Dva if you're holding top windows) SPAWN HOLD: Only Rein or Orisa First corner for everyone else Holding windows is viable if your team is invested in long-range; e.g. Ashe+Mercy+Widow (You should still drop once they reach the corner) Hold newstand, play safe Punish overextensions; if tank goes right stairwell go for their backline. If DPS go right stairwell kill the DPS Back up to green car/mega Retreat to mega-alley and go up stairs 2nd: This point has a lot of verticality and dive is more viable OFFENSE (Sigma, Queen, all Dive, Brawl if you go right stair) Two halves: bridge and point Bridge Dive goes low right and dives up Brawl/Poke goes far left stairwell If they're strong at long-range (ashe, Widow, Sigma, etc.) brawl should go far right Mega stairwell instead Point Take top right close room Dive can also take top left Brawl/poke probably needs to play top-right/point-deny reinforcements DO NOT go bottom right room DO NOT go far left hallfway behind point DEFENSE (Sigma, Ram, Zarya, Roadhog, Winston, Doom, Ball) Hold bridge; far left if you're there late, far right if you're there early (rRetreat to far left if needed) AVOID DROPPING IN NEUTRAL UNTIL CART IS BY TANKS On second half of defense, take left room if you're brawl, go right side and jump in if you're dive. Poke preferably goes left but go right if you can't get through No health packs on defense here; make sure to get your supports in safely and play your life 3rd: Free push until tower Poke is strongest on this point, long sightlines and easy to kite brawlers Dive is also weak due to lack of verticality up close and only far high sniper nests OFFENSE (Sigma, Zarya, Ram, Orisa, Doom): No tricks to push to the bridge; use cart as cover, probably need to pop ultimates Once you get to castle, dive becomes far more useful, otherwise play for ultimates Primarily a tank v. tank matchup; nearly impossible for you to go after backline due to map design. Pick tanks that can beat the opposing tank head on After you push through gate take high ground; top left should be prioritized over top right Camp doors after high ground is clear DEFENSE (Sigma, Zarya, Ram, Orisa, Doom): Free push until tower Soft defend at tower only if you can retreat safely or force ultis; you have the mega 1st corner at bridge is main fight; make sure to use the 90 degree turn and cart as cover Give up bridge to hold gate if needed; gate is strongest choke in the game Play tanks that can shut down anyone coming through main; flankers and window are not your job to handle
