Obenauf Heavy Duty leather preservative $13 *Only use Obenauf on dark coloured bag. It will darken the leather. Great for black bags, it will restore/ enrich the color. * https://amzn.to/3bUhngt Steaming the bag will freak most people out due to the resulting discoloration from moisture loss. Nutrients and moisture are later added back in using obenauf. HOWEVER, if you are faint of heart and are afraid, just skip this step.
