Come join us for our favorite Bosnian food in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina as we head over to Ćevabdžinica Tima-Irma that specializes in grilled meat platters and Ćevapi minced meat. What makes this particular restaurant in Mostar are favorite place to eat a Bosnian meal? Firstly, the portions are enormous and quality of the meat, cheeses and produce is fantastic and beautifully presented. Secondly, the friendly atmosphere and service of this family run business makes you want to come back again and again. As we paid and left a tip we were given a postcard and beer to take back home. That kind of level of customer service is beyond and above 99.9% of other restaurants anywhere in the world. We absolutely loved this place and it is our number one recommended place to eat at in Mostar. I believe this is our third and we're on a role. We are. We're going to keep going. There are so many great restaurants and so much food to try. Okay, so today we are eating at Ćevabdžinica Tima-Irma and it is one of the top rated restaurants here in Mostar so I'm pretty excited and they specialize in something Sam has been wanting to have for a while now. The Ćevapi. The ćevapčići. Right here. We've ordered that and then we also ordered a mixed meat platter for one. I have a feeling it is going to be enough meat for the two of us actually. I got the traditional mixed meat for one with a mixed salad, cheese, sauce, cream cheese, traditional bread and it doesn't list the meats individually but woah ho ho we've got the meat sausage. I believe it is um veal and beef if I read that right. Is that the cevapi? I believe this is the is this veal or is it tenderloin? I've seen this elsewhere and it kind of looks like a patty. I should be using the sauces. They came with so many sauces. Haha. We've got mustard and this looks like it could be spicy. With some cheese. Everything is so good. That just looks so good. And the grilled vegetables. I have zucchini. I have onions. And I have bread. Look at that. It almost oh no that is chicken. What am I talking about. I got a beer. So this is called Mostarsko Pivo. Ćevapi. So these are grilled meat Bosnian sausages. They can be lamb and beef. Yeah, mixture. It is a mixture of lamb and beef. Yeah. And look at that. They've just stuffed this pita. Let's count. Nine of these bad boys in there. Woah. Yeah. Woah. And it comes with some onions, some chopped onions, some of that spicy sauce. It looks wonderful looking pita. Price point. So that came to 33 in the local currency which was 19 US dollars and we left a tip because we always do and on the way out they gave Sam a little beer to take home and a postcard. They are so sweet. And wasn't that just like a wonderful meal? It was amazing. In every way. So much food, such good quality and I think that maybe one of my new favorite place now in Mostar.
