Hotel style cauliflower 65 is a mouthwatering dish that can be enjoyed as a starter or tea time snack. The crunchy crust on the outside will melt in your mouth and they are addictive I promise! Gobi 65 Recipe Ingredients: 1 cauliflower head, chopped into small florets 2 tablespoons of gram/besan (kadalai) flour 1 tablespoon of rice flour 1 teaspoon of kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala 1/2 teaspoon of fennel (Sombu) powder 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder (malli) Half a lemon Salt to taste 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste Handful of curry leaves Method: 1. Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water with some salt 2. Drain the cauliflower from the water and add the kashmiri chilli powder, fennel powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste and finely chopped curry leaves 3. Squeeze of a wedge of lemon and mix everything well together 4. Coat the cauliflower well in the marinade well 5. Add the besan flour and rice flour and coat it well on the cauliflower 6. Add a small splash of water to the cauliflower and mix it thoroughly 7. Set it aside for 30 to 45 minutes 8. Deep fry the cauliflower without overcrowding the pan at high flame 9. After 2 to 3 minutes, remove the cauliflower and serve it with fried curry leaves as garnish #seasonedkitchen #gobi65
