This time we decided to sound around North Point in Scarborough and look at what’s down on the bottom. We made some marks where things looked interesting so we could fish it another time. At this time of year (June) the waters off Scarborough are quite clear, so we could see the bottom as well (up to about 2 metres deep). It turned out to be an interesting venture. We didn’t get to do all that we wanted so we’ll be doing more of it. Of course, at the same time we dragged a couple of hard body diving lures just in case something was interested in grabbing it.
