Format SD card with FAT32 file system. 2. Extract the content of the All-In-One package to the root directory of the FAT32 formatted SD card. (may require WinRAR or 7Zip to extract) 3. Turn the ignition on (accessory), and wait for the PCM system to boot up. Connecting an external charger is recommended. 4. Place the FAT32 SD card with files in SD 1 port. The firmware update will start automatically within 60 seconds. Do not do anything. If nothing happens within 2 minutes, double check SD Card for FAT32 formatting and proper file structure. Wait for the update to be installed. It will take some time, the system will reboot a few times during the firmware update procedure. The screen can stay off or on the Porsche logo for several seconds. Be patient and wait. Depending on the vehicle, the FW updates typically take 10 - 40 minutes (this is why an external charger can be handy). Follow the post-installation steps as noted in the video.
