And for more shenanigans, guessing games and short videos follow me on: Facebook:   / jyotijanikitchen   Instagram:   / jyotijani_kitchen   Ingredients:; 1 small bowl (200g): Jaggery (cut into pieces) 1 small bowl (200g): Ghee 1 and 1/2 small bowl (300g): Wheat flour Steps for recipe: 1- Take ghee in a vessel over medium flame. 2- Add wheat flour to it, then roast for 10-12 minutes, until the color changes and flour is binded. 3- Take off the vessel from the flame then add jaggery to it, mix thoroughly, so as no lumps are remaining. 4- Pour the mix in a plate greased with ghee, then let it cool for awhile. 5- Enjoy soft and warm sukhadi!
