Sharma amassed millions by charging exorbitant fees, leading to a combined sentence of 21 years for him and his two wives. Episode 2: A scrubland area in Calais, nicknamed "the Jungle," serves as a hideout for "clandestine" waiting to sneak onto trucks bound for Britain. We explore the Jungle to uncover why, after traveling thousands of miles, these immigrants seek entry into Britain rather than settling in Europe. Our filming also covers the teams tasked with inspecting trucks to prevent this illegal human trafficking. Episode 3: A Jamaican man was arrested in Birmingham on his wedding day for overstaying his visa, mistakenly believing his marriage certificate granted him permission to remain in the UK. He was subsequently deported to Jamaica. In Glasgow, a Pakistani national was detained at the registry office just minutes before marrying a Scottish woman. While the man insisted it was true love, the bride admitted she had been paid to participate. Episode 4: A couple from Guyana is suspected of living under stolen identities for more than 13 years. After a year-long investigation, the UK Border Agency's Criminal Investigation Team makes an unannounced visit to their home. The couple confesses their guilt, expressing relief at finally being caught after evading detection for so long. Episode 5: At the British High Commission in Lagos, a pig farmer is questioned about his troubled past in Britain, including the use of fraudulent travel documents and an altercation with the police. He blames the British visa system for hindering his ability to manage his pig farm. Visa clearance officer Phil Morgan navigates through the farmer's elaborate stories to uncover the truth.
