Music: A New Orleans Crawfish Boil - by Unicorn Heads 【Recipe】 Ingredients: 2 tomatoes (cut into wedges) 2 potatoes (cut into large cubes) 1 green onion 4 slices of ginger 4 golden threadfin bream (You can use other type of fish too) Steps: 1. Pour a 2 bowls of water into a pot. Add 2 slices of ginger, tomatoes, potatoes and green onion. 2. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes after water boils. 3. Pan-fry 2 slices of ginger and green onions. 4. Pan-fry both sides of the fish until golden brown. 5. Add water until the it covers the fish. 6. Simmer for 45 minutes until the soup turns milky. 7. 【Key to a boneless fish soup】Using a sieve, pour the fish soup into the tomato soup. Add some water if necessary. 8. Simmer for 20 minutes. 9. Add a pinch of salt. 10. Now, it's your turn! 《食譜》 材料: 蕃茄 兩個 薯仔 兩個 蔥 一條 薑 四片 紅衫魚 四條 步驟: 1. 將蕃茄, 薯仔, 蔥及兩片薑放入煲中。 加入兩碗水,大火煲。 2. 水滾後, 慢火煲十分鐘。 3. 爆香兩片薑及蔥。 4. 魚身兩邊煎至金黃。 5. 加入凍水,蓋過魚身。煮至奶白色(約45分鐘)。 6. 【無骨湯秘訣】在蕃茄薯仔湯上放上筲箕。將魚湯倒入蕃茄薯仔湯。(可加入適量的水) 7. 水滾後,慢火煮20分鐘。 8. 試味,加入適量的鹽調味。 9. 可以食喇!
