Coming from flat roads, MJ needed to practice the very hilly bike course on @fulgazapp while monitoring her effort in real-time on her @garmin watch, not allowing Workout Reserve (which is the difference (%) in current effort (Power or pace) compared to historical 6 week best recorded effort in the time domain. Mouthful much? Basically Workout Reserve show in real time (and in your analysis tab) how close to a personal best you're at any given time. For a 180K hilly bike effort, you don't want to hit personal best at 60K - especially when you need to run a marathon after the ride. Workout Reserve also tells you when you hit new VO2max effort PB!
