I have ALWAYS been the person that studies the night before an exam or who packs the night before a trip. That's exactly what I'm doing. Up until about 2-3 years ago, I wasn't sure why I was always late or last-minute. I didn't quite understand why I waited so late to get things done. I just did it, and usually, everything went fine. Then, I started to suspect that something else may be at play. Now, I'm in a place where I really don't want to continue being the late person or the last-minute person.
