This video is a step by step guide to changing BRS GFO and ROX 0.8 Carbon. Im currently using the BRS Dual Reactor that is plumbed into the main manifold. I use 1 cup of GFO and 1 cup of Carbon. I use half dose of gfo because the full dose does not tumble well in the reactor, I have also noticed the tank has a drastic drop in PO4 that could potentially cause a negative effect corals, I believe in slow changes in any water parameter.
