Popular Bengali Style Moong Daal | Narkel Diye Bhaja Moong Dal Ranna | Moong Dal With Coconut | Bhaja Moong er Dal is a Typical Bengali delicacy prepared almost in every Bengali Households. This Daal is a Bong version of Lentil Soup prepared no Onion and no Garlic. Bhaja refers to “Fried” however this Daal is prepared with dry roasted Moong Daal. Bhaja Mooger Daal is all about the comfort, the sweet taste and the aftertaste of Ghee. Moong Dal are delicious, healthy and protein rich dishes made from split mung beans or yellow moong lentils. Serve it with rice and roti for healthy wholesome meal. Ingredients:- moong dal - 200gm. salt to taste turmeric - 1tsp. oil - 10gm. bay leaf - 2 dried red chili - 2 cumin - 1tsp. ginger paste - 1 tbsp. coriander powder - 1tsp. cumin powder - 1 tsp. grated coconut - 4 tbsp. sugar to taste raisin (optional) ghee - 1tbsp. garam masala powder - 1 tsp.
