This is one of Willie Clancy's sets, (though I play the second reel as a double and he played it single). It was included on a Topic recording from the mid-70s and Pat Mitchell made transcriptions of both in his book of Clancy's music. I am bingeing on Clancy at the moment, one of the most compelling players of the Twentieth Century on both pipes and whistle.
