Included, I'll show you how to adjust the wrist band size by adding or removing links. Just a few additional details: The watch is water resistant to 200 meters (but I've never proven that myself). If you manually set the time but the "atomic clock" reception is set to "Auto," then it will override your manual setting whenever it's able to receive the atomic clock data. Finally, I wanted to be clear that, in all the years I've had this watch, it has never malfunctioned in any way! Additional: I just found a great, in-depth video showing how to replace the battery of this watch (if you really need to do it).
