Flixbus / BM Coaches wheelchair incompetence and victimisation

On 14th August 2020 I travelled from London to Leeds in my wheelchair on Flixbus. I'd never come across the coach staff before, but they instantly approached me when they got off the coach and told me to remove my camera. Staff have evidently been warned about my camera. He refused to transport me unless I put it away, under the "Data Protection Act" and for his safety. NB: under the Data Protection Act, I'm not a data controller, it is legal to record in a public place, and I don't know quite what hiding my camera would protect him from?! From evidence of him not knowing how to operate his equipment, thus causing me and other passengers danger and delaying the coach? His offence of breaching Section 40A of the Road Traffic Act / Section 24 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act? The staff then spent 25 minutes pfaffing about with the coach lift, trying to get it to extend and then trying to put it away afterwards. They also left me sat next to an open door 5' in the air, unrestrained most of the time, whilst they attempted to work out how to work the clamps. He was also working within inches of this drop. Then finally after delaying all these coach passengers by 25 minutes, which was excruciating, they set off with me only having half a seatbelt on and my wheelchair not ratcheted in / only loosely held. Such incompetence is unacceptable and I will be suing them.
