Hyatt Vivid Grand Island • I Stayed Here TWICE! Full Review • Oct 2024

My first stay was May 2024, second was Oct 2024 - find out what's changed, what's improved, and what you can expect with a stay at this adult only, all inclusive resort. This was my 2nd stay at Hyatt Vivid and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time! It's interesting to see what changes have taken place, including moving the rooftop late-night DJ down to the enclosed lobby bar, making the Mediterranean restaurant available for a la carte breakfast (Vantage Club guests only), and much more! They've added a new 'gastrobotany' class, where you get to see the garden below the pool deck and the chef guides you to create a lovely fresh salad with exotic fruits. It was great to see some familiar faces and reconnect with the staff and enjoy the delicious food. Special shout out to Eduardo at the Mediterranean restaurant for going above and beyond to accommodate my wee appetite!
