Learning from cumulative field experiences from the fennel farmers of Sirohi would enable farmers of Nagaur to quickly adopt scientific methods of production and drying technique of fennel for improved price realization and higher income. The improper seed setting in fennel due to low pollination in the area by the natural pollinators, adoption of beehives in case of pollinator congestion, maintenance of crop geometry with proper plant to plant & row to row spacing similar to paired row planting in Sirohi, micronutrient application at the time of flowering and seed setting for the production of lustrous and bold fennel seeds and installation of low-cost vertical shed drying technique used by the Sirohi fennel growing farmers can be quickly emulated by farmers of Nagaur.
