During the last year of his life, Lenny Breau had a regular Tuesday night gig at Donte's Jazz Club in Los Angeles, CA. He hired musicians to play with him on this gig, notably John Pattituci and Paul Gormley on bass and Ted Hawkes on drums. Gormley and Hawkes were playing with Lenny when these two songs were recorded on June 4th 1984, about two months before Lenny was murdered in his apartment building. Material from this gig has been made available on two CDs: "Lenny Breau Live at Donte's 6-18-84" and "LA Bootleg 84". However, neither of the tunes presented here are from these recordings and their source is unknown. Lenny plays his Kirk Sand Seven String on these two cuts. 1. I Fall in Love Too Easily 2.
