Hey everyone! Today I want to share a frustrating experience I had in Bali. Recently, I traveled from the Philippines and faced issues at the border. The Balinese customs officers wouldn't let me in, claiming my return ticket was fake. In reality, it was perfectly valid, but they refused to check it in their system. Instead, they started hinting that it would be better if I paid for easier entry. I explained that I had the right to travel to my home countries—Russia or Germany—but they ignored me. Eventually, I had to buy a new return ticket to the Philippines and fly back. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such behavior in Bali. When my first son, Radomir, was born, they also tried to extort money from us for a birth certificate, even though it’s supposed to be free! These experiences make you realize how important it is to be cautious while traveling. Bali is a beautiful place, but not everyone here acts honestly.
