Cook up is a one pot meal that consist of any meat of your choice, vegetables, and rice. Any peas of your choice can be added to cook up as well. Recipe 1 tablespoon oil 1 Onion 4 gloves of chopped garlic 1/2 cup of bell peppers 4 okras 1 cup of pumpkin 9 oz spinach 1 1/2 lbs pigtail(boil for 2 hours)- seasoned with green seasoning, paprika, and my all spice-pimento, pepper flakes and thyme. Salt fish (make sure to boil saltfish before cooking in cook up rice) 2 cups of rice 3 cups of coconut milk- Feel free to use strictly coconut milk, water, or a mixture of both. salt to taste *More vegetables if you wish. *If you wish you to donate to help my channel.
