It feels a little like Sonic The Hedgehog, sans rings, but with an emphasis on running to build up speed, at which point you can unleash a powerful jumping dash attack. Although the game did receive a Western release, the Japanese version -- shown here -- contains additional cutscenes and story elements not present in those versions; probably cut due to time and translation costs.
