Walk around Louth Market on the first Saturday after Lockdown restrictions eased - 17th April 2021

This short video is a follow on from my previous video 'Easter Walk During Lockdown 3 in Louth - 4th - 10th April 2021 - 4K' to show Louth Market open once again following the easing of the lockdown rules as well as non-essential shops and pubs being allowed to open once again from Monday 12th April 2021. In this video I take you for a look at Louth Market once it was allowed to open properly following Lockdown 3 and also to see a little bit of the town centre open again. This was the first Saturday since restrictions were eased somewhat and sadly also the day of HRH Prince Philip's funeral so there was bunting throughout the market place. The town does look very quiet in the video. The opposite was actually the case although I managed to catch a brief break in the traffic to film the street scenes. The market was very busy in the morning. At the time of filming this, the restrictions had eased some more in England following Lockdown 3 which had been in place since 5th January 2021. All shops were allowed to open again and well as pubs as well as cafes were allowed to open outdoors only from the 12th April 2021. Unfortunately because of this, a lot of local businesses have suffered and some have sadly disappeared. I hope you enjoy this video and to see a bit of Louth in April 2021... My gratitude goes out to the NHS and all workers keeping the country moving. The footage in this video was recorded using a GoPro Hero 9 Black camera handheld with the Media Mod attached.
