Japanese Cocky Pop TV show N.S.P (New Sadistic Pink) band live concert

The Japanese Cocky Pop TV show was broadcast by Nippon Broadcasting and KRN National Radio Network between April3, 1971 and September 27, 1986 Saturday nights and Sunday mornings. It was a 30 minute music show sponsored by the Yamaha Music Foundation record label. It was produced by Masao Mukagasa. Broadcast by the Yomiuri TV, Sapporo Tv and Hokuriku TV stations. This live concert showcases the NSP "N.S.P" (Kyonen no Natsu a.k.a New Sadistic Pink) Rock Country Folk band. The Band members include: Shigeru Amano (on guitar), 中村貴之 Takayuki Nakamura (on guitar) and 平賀和人 Kazuto Hiraga (on bass). Beautiful music that requires a lot of talent and use of real instruments (acoustic guitar, bass guitar, drums, flute, violin...etc.). Shigeru Amano is no longer with us as of July 2005 yet his music still lives on. It is interesting to view how the audience (mostly young women) show respect by not screaming and being quiet while the band plays. This video was digitized from one of my National VZ-T100 100 minute runtime "VX" format videotape that I purchased from the online Japanese Yahoo Auctions. The video quality is limited by the single head system of the VX format. The audio is quite impressive considering that it is single track monural (Mono). I own more Japanese TV recordings that I wish to share in the near future. Enjoy.
