We started our huge Balkan food tour tasting the incredibly delicious, flavourful and tasty Macedonian burek at a local bakery in Skopje. Burek is one breakfast food to eat in Skopje that you don't want to miss. We continued our North Macedonian food tour tasting Macedonian cevapi. Cevapi, or Kebapi in Macedonian, is such a popular North Macedonian food, as well as one of the most popular Balkan foods that we had to try. Our Balkan food tour took us to eat a famous Skopje street food at a very local shop, stay tuned to see which one! We finished off our food tour in North Macedonia to try pljeskavica and rakija, two of the most must try foods and drinks in the Balkans and Macedonia. The pljeskavica was on another level, and the rakija dangerously delicious.
