बाइबलमा परमेश्‍वरले विशेष दुई वटा कुराहरुलाई ती मेरो हुन् भनेर दाबीका साथ भन्‍नुभएको छ। एउटा दशांश र अर्को चाँही बदला लिने काम। साथै, बाइबलमा हामीलाई आफैले कहिल्यै पनि बदला नलिने आज्ञा दिइएको छ । बरु हाम्रो शत्रु भोकाएको बेलामा खाना दिने र तिर्खाएको बेलामा पिउनलाई पानी दिने भनिएको छ। यो कुरा गर्न मानवीय दृष्टिकोणमा सजिलो भने पक्कै छैन, तर हाम्रो विश्वासलाई सुरु गर्नु हुने र पुरा गर्नुहुने येशू ख्रीष्‍टले पनि हामी परमेश्‍वरको शत्रु हुँदा नै हाम्रो निम्‍ति कष्‍ट भोग्‍नुभयो। आफनो रगतद्वारा हामीलाई परमेश्‍वरसगँ मिलापमा ल्याउनुभयो। अनि हाम्रो लागि उहाँले एउटा उदाहरण छोडिजानुभयो र हामी पनि उहाँकै पाइलामा हिँड्‌नुपर्छ। जसरी खीष्टले पनि आफुलाई अपमान गर्दा उहाँले साटो फेर्नुभएन र दुःख भोग्‍नुहुँदा उहाँले कुनै धम्‍की दिनुभएन। तर उचित न्‍याय गर्नुहुनेमाथि उहाँले भरोसा राख्‍नुभयो। त्यसरी हामी पनि हाम्रा शत्रुहरुप्रति कुनै बदलाको भावना राख्नुहुन्‍न तर उचित न्याय गर्नुहुने परमेश्‍वरमाथि भरोसा राख्नुपर्छ। In the #Bible, #God claims two things in particular as His. One is the tithe, and the other is vengeance. We are also commanded never to take revenge on our own in the Bible. Instead, we are told to feed our enemies when they are #hungry, and give them #water to #drink when they are #thirsty. This is certainly not easy to do from a human point of view, but even #JesusChrist, who is the #initiator and #perfecter of our #faith, suffered for us while we were enemies of God. He #reconciled us to God by His own blood. And for us, he left an example and we should also walk in his #footsteps. Just as Christ did not retaliate when he was insulted and did not threaten when he #suffered. But he put his #trust in the One who #judges righteously. In the same way, we should not have any revenge toward our enemies, but we should trust in God who makes #righteous #judgement. Thank you for joining us 🙏.
