Let's talk all about living in Grant Park Atlanta! In this walking VLOG tour, I hit up all the hot spots of Grant Park including the actual park in Grant Park which features the Atlanta Zoo, walking trails, a farmer's market, a public pool, and basketball/tennis courts. There are a handful of casual restaurants in Grant Park including a small food hall at the newest addition to Grant Park, called The Beacon. If you like beer, you'll enjoy the big patio space at Eventide Brewry. The popular walking trail of the Atlatna Beltline runs along the south side of the neighborhood (it's not paved yet but hopefully in the next couple of years, that will change!) The homes in the Grant Park neighborhood are filled with older historical homes including victorian and bungalow style homes. The victorian homes are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G to look at but don't worry, if you aren't into older homes there are also some newer builds sprinkled in the area as well as some townhome and condo options. I'll show you some examples of homes in the area to give you a better understanding of what you can find in this quaint Atlanta neighborhood. The good news is the home prices for a victorian in this area are going to be more affordable than those found in Inman Park. The median sales price for Grant Park Atlanta homes is roughly around the mid $500's but don't be fooled, the prices can go up to the high $700's-$800's and some of the bigger Victorian mansions will go over the $1 million mark. Grant Park is a family-friendly community, is a nice walkable neighborhood, is centrally located to nearby Downtown, and also a quick drive to the airport (I'm talking 12-15 minutes max).
