You know, I love traveling to countries and trying their local dishes, but after getting to know the local dishes a little bit, it would be a real shame, if I didn't see what and where chefs are taking Indian cuisine, so I decided to try eating at one of India's top rated restaurant's Varq. With 5 courses but each course with huge portions or multiple dishes, this is the fullest I have ever been at the end of a find dining course or tasting menu. From South to North, the play on presentation, flavor, and story was something that will be ingrained in my memory for a very long time. But the best part of tonight was the whole staff, thanks to Thomas and Mohit, for the friendliness and exceptional service.
