If you're getting poor gas mileage and you're throwing a P2191 or P0420 then you've stumbled upon the right video. In this video I go over some important things to consider. The P2191 CODE: "System Too Lean at Higher Load Bank 1" is simply telling you there's either a problem with the O2 Sensor closest to the cylinder head, or it's detecting a lean air/fuel mixture. The P0420 CODE: "Catalyst System Efficiency below Threshold Bank 1" usually comes up when ever Bank 1 O2 has an error. The two go hand-in hand. It's letting you know there's something wrong with the fuel or exhaust system.
