Named 2022 Business Woman of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal, Dr. Ordóñez is a recognized expert in ethical behavior in organizations, with research cited in major media outlets. She serves on multiple boards and frequently presents on EDI, leadership, and goal-setting. Previously, she spent 25 years at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. Nana Tseng is Chief Procurement Officer and VP of External Manufacturing Operations at onsemi, where she oversees procurement strategy and manages multibillion-dollar spending across the supply chain. Before onsemi, she was VP of Sales at Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE). Her extensive experience in the semiconductor industry spans roles with fabless, IDMs, OEMs, and EMS companies. Nana was born in Taiwan, raised in Saudi Arabia, and educated in the US, holding an MBA from MIT Sloan and a degree from UC Berkeley.
