Forward Reverse Starter Power and Control Wiring | 3phase Motor Forward Reverse Control Circuit

This video describes the motor power circuit and control circuit required to rotate a 3 phase motor in both directions. This circuit has the ability to change the direction of rotation of the forward motor simultaneously. This circuit is widely used for factory machinery. It is mandatory to use an overload protector for the 3phase motor used. The overload should be selected based on the maximum current that the motor can get. The power circuit can be connected in the form of Star connection or Delta connection. **Switch interlock and contactor interlock are used for motor control circuit. By doing so, the forward contactor and the reverse contactor can be turned on at the same time to prevent damage to the circuit. The design of the power circuit for the motor should be done by switching the phase 3 supplied by one contactor to the overload. When phase 3 is given to the motor as L1, L2, L3, the motor rotates normally. If it is powered by L2, L1, L3, the direction of rotation of the motor will change and it will start working.
