In this class, you’ll challenge your body from head to toe, with a thoughtful combination of strength-building postures, balance work, and dynamic movement. From the start, we dive right into Toe Pose to open the feet and establish a strong foundation before flowing into classic spinal stretches like Cat/Cow and spinal balance. You’ll feel your energy lift as we work through heart-opening postures and invigorating chair poses, followed by standing sequences like High Crescent and Warrior II. Expect plenty of opportunities to build core and upper body strength through multiple Chaturangas, Wide-Armed Push-Ups, and even One-Legged Chaturangas! For those looking for a bit more challenge, we'll explore arm balances like Crow Pose and its variations, including Crow Jump Backs. Throughout the class, we’ll balance moments of intensity with deep, restorative stretches in poses like Half Pigeon, Wide-Legged Low Lunge, and Happy Baby. As we move toward the end, a series of balancing postures—like Half Moon, Airplane, and Warrior III—will bring a sense of stability, focus, and calm.
