Badam Rose Ghewar Recipe | Make Ghewar at Home ❤️ |

Recipe: 1. Take a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup melted ghee along with some ice cubes and beat them together until fluffy. 2. Once it’s fluffy, remove the ice cubes and the water properly. Beat it again. 3. Add 250gms or 1.5 cups maida/all purpose flour slowly (in batches). Mix well and make it crumbly. Do not knead. 4. Add 1 litre of water in parts and slowly make a batter. Pass it through a seive if required and make it absolutely lump free. 5. Now take a kadhai on high flame, add ghee or oil. Now slowly add the batter in parts. Be cautious oil droplets may spill. Do not let the oil cool down. Add in small parts. Make a hole in the centre. 6. Once its cooked properly, remove it slowly. 7. For sugar syrup: Take a pan, add 1/2 cup water, 1.5 cups sugar and 1 elaichi. Make sugar syrup with 1 string consistency. 8. For Rabri: Take a kadhai, coat it with ghee, add 1 litre milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 2-4 tbsp milk powder and 1 elaichi. Reduce thoroughly. 9. Now top the ghevar with some sugar syrup, Rabri, chopped nuts and rose petals. Enjoy!
