Thankfully, the Blue Oval has not messed with the formula this time around, with the Mustang remaining available in coupe and convertible body-styles. While Ecoboost turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine remains the entry-level option, the 5.0-litre Coyote naturally aspirated petrol V8 continues in the GT, while a higher-performance version of it is found under the bonnet of the new Dark Horse flagship. And yes, the six-speed manual gearbox is still available alongside a 10-speed torque-converter automatic transmission.
