Introduction Homeric Hymn to Demeter " by Vaxevaneris Hphaestion

This work was set to music again, for the first time in our years, by the composer Hephaestion Vaxevaneris and orchestrated by internationally recognized composer, pianist Charles Voutsinas . The novelty of this project is that for the first time today, after ancient times, we encounter melody composition on pure ancient Greek lyrics, since all the pieces of the hymn that persons are speaking have been set to music with traditional and classical instruments, and the narration is invested with musical colorations by ancient lyre in conjunction with traditional Greek style. For the first time the traditional music and traditional styles of Crete , Thrace , Epirus and Eastern Greece , meet with ancient scales , ancient lyrics and with the leading Greek virtuosos.
