#EarthquakeCake #DumpCake Ingredients: 1 box Devils Food cake mix (mix per directions - I substituted my water for buttermilk) 1 8 oz. cream cheese 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 1 1/2 c. shredded sweet coconut 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. chocolate chips ( I used a mix of white and miniature chocolate morsels) Directions: Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix according to directions and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter and beat until smooth. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with non stick spray. Add coconut and pecans to bottom of dish. Then add cake mixture and spread evenly. Drop spoonfuls of the ream cheese mixture in cake batter and swirl a little with a knife. You want to keep these mostly intact and raised higher than cake batter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 45-50 minutes until chocolate cake is done. Enjoy!
