Yuzu Kosho is one of my favourite condiments from Japan, but since Yuzu can be difficult to get hold of here in Europe (and expensive) I normally opt to make it from a mix of citrus fruits. It's really easy to make your own Citrus (Yuzu) Kosho. It's not the same as using Yuzu, but it does the same trick, especially if you add mandarins (or clementines) to the mix.
