Ep 3: First Rivian Experience Service Center.. So disappointed / concerned.

In this series I try to answer the questions / experiences that would have helped me answer this question: Should I jump into a Rivian or wait for a more established brand. I was coming from a Gladiator on 37's with MOPAR lift and I realized I don't need that capable of an offroad beast and the 14mpg on 2 hr commutes was getting old. In Episode 3, I am very disappointed by a non stop string of disappointing decisions made by the service center. Follow the video and tell me, is this the normal for Rivian, or is this normal for modern vehicle manufacturers, or is it just my unrealistic expecations? Or is it that Rivian has made a shift to be more "Profitable" at all costs (cost being their reputation?)
