During a roadtrip trough Switzerland an Italy, Dirk and I hiked from Grindelwald to the Glecksteinhütte! In this video I will show you what to expect and how the hike will feel and look like. We started at Hotel Wetterhorn, hiked for 3,5 hours to the hut and climbed over 1100 meters! All before descending the same route. The route is well marked and not difficult, although you need to be moderately fit to enjoy it. You will walk alongside a steep mountain and have views all the way to the Bachalpsee on the other side of the valley, you will have to pass trough a waterfall and if you're lucky you will be greeted by some mountaingoats at the top.
