Visiting Cedros Trinidad

In this video we continue exploring Trinidad and visit Cedros to explore parts of the Cedros peninsula in Trinidad. Cedros is the southernmost point of Trinidad and the closest point to Venezuela. There has been a long history of connections between Trinidad and Venezuela which continues to the present with a ferry and boats bringing people from Venezuela to Trinidad. There is a combined Police, Coast Guard, Immigration and Customs facility in Cedros at the main village of Bonasse. Many people think of Cedros as one village but there are three distinct villages: Bonasse, Fullarton and Icacos. This video visits the three villages of Bonasse, Fullarton and Icacos showing several of the Cedros beaches including Columbus Bay. Join us on our visit to Cedros to see the coconut estates, the wide long stretches of beach, the view of Venezuela. As we drive to Icacos we will cross the Icacos Wetlands by going through the Icacos Grand Lagoon. The waters off Cedros are rich in fish and in this video you may find some good locations for fishing.
