War Room Tutorial Last Fortress Underground The War Room is a new facility in the Last Fortress and in this video we break it down for you. Discord:   / discord   Subscribe:    / @knightviper777   The War Room is an instant construction and can be found by clicking the hammer icon on the left of your screen. Once constructed you can level it up, I would wait until Alliance Duel Day Expand the Fortress to level it up so you get the points. As you level up the War Room your heroes can now be leveled up past 100. The War Room maxes out at level 10 which allows your heroes to be upgraded to level 120. Spiritual Link: This is where you will be upgrading your heroes. A few things to note: IF you have 5 heroes that are all level 100 the system will automatically add them to your war room and those heroes are called your leader heroes. IF you have over 5 heroes that are level 100 it more or less randomly selects heroes to add to that screen but as long as you have 5 level 100 heroes you are in a great spot. You can add 3 addition heroes right away. When you add a hero to the War Room you get ALL of the resources you used to level up that hero back but they do not get rest so they will keep their level unless you remove them. We will get to stragity soon IF your heroes are not level 100 yet you will only have 3 slots available until you get 5 heroes to level 100. The lower level of the leader heroes will be your link level Link level takes into consideration your combat level, how many mythic heroes you own, and how many bonds are made in the hero bond tab. Hero Bonds: These are predestined bonds that the developers made between a specific set of heroes. Each bond has specific criteria that you must reach and if you do you get a buff The requirements come as heroe quality If you reach these quality milestones you will unlock buffs such as increased damage and health HP These buffs do stack so if you have a hero that is listed in multiple bonds those bonuses all get added together. For example, my laurel is listed in 3 different bonds and in each one of them she gets increased damage of 3% and increased HP of 5% so all together she will be getting a 9% damage bonus and a 15% HP buff. That is huge, it's like getting a whole new faction bonus, and if we add in that these heroes also have gadgets with special abilities this may change the battlefield a bit. Showroom: This is just where you can see your hero statues, you can also activate statues from that screen. From what I read it's so you don't have to search your fortress for each statue. With that said I don't know about you but all my statues are in 1 place in my fortress, like a giant trophy room. Strategy: Whales: For those that have already maxed out all your APC’s with level 100 heroes. Add your main lineup to the War Room and then increase their level to 120. You can purchase the resources you need in packs. When you add a hero to the war room you get all of their resources back, use those to level up your solari heroes to level 100. This give you little perks based on where they work or in the case of person and walowitz they have skills that will get a bump up with raising their level. Those that only have 2 cars of level 100 heroes: Add in your main lineup and use the resources they give back to you to level up the heroes in your other cars. For those that do not have any level 100 heroes: you will only have 3 spots available in the War Room when you begin. Put your main lineup heroes in there and use their resources to raise the level of those heroes to level 100, keep doing this by unlocking slots and adding in heroes so you quickly get more resources to upgrade your other heroes. If you have any memento coin saved up now is the time to use it. Level everyone up ASAP. To get the currency you need to level up the heroes in the War room past level 100 and to unlock additional slots go out of the war room to your Explore tab. This is where you normally collect your memento coins from the subway. Now you can collect link chips and EXP needed to level up everyone. The amount this accumulates over time is unknown but I would assume it is also based on your Exploration level and possibly hero skills that affect the resources you get from exploration.
