After each egg, mix the dough until the egg is incorporated, you can mix with a mixer, with a spatula or by hand (I noticed that when I mix by hand, the result is better!) Put the dough in a pastry bag with a 30 mm round nozzle. It is not mandatory to use a mat with holes or a silicone mat! You can use baking paper, Teflon mat, anything that doesn't stick! Form the heart shape exactly as in the video. Before putting the tray in the oven, dust each heart with powdered sugar, this way you will get a shell without cracks, shiny and it will keep its shape!
