Chef Art Smith is a James Beard Award chef and was Oprah's personal chef. His restaurant is southern cuisine and is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Disney World, and it's not an easy reservation to get. I'm very excited to finally see if it lives up to the hype! I'm going to get a bunch of signatures items like moonshine, fried chicken, his famous Hummingbird Cake and more!
