Pune Porsche Accident: Teen Crashes Porsche, Gets Bail In Less Than 24 hours Pune Car Crash Update: A Teen driver who recently caused a fatal crash in Pune, resulting in the deaths of two motorcyclists, was released on bail just 15 hours after the accident. When Pune police produced the minor in front of the magistrate, they requested the court to treat him as an adult. However, the request was rejected and the court granted bail under the Juvenile Justice Act, imposing a few conditions along with the bail. The accident took place around 3.15 am in Kalyani Nagar when a group of friends after a party at a restaurant in the area was returning home on their motorbikes. Near the Kalyani Nagar junction, a speeding luxury car hit one of the motorcycles following which its two riders fell from the vehicle and died on the spot, as per the FIR. Several conditions were imposed on Juvenile driver release: Working alongside traffic police for 15 days. Undergoing psychiatric evaluation and treatment. Writing a 300-word essay on the "effect of road accidents and their solution". Seeking rehabilitation at a de-addiction centre. Studying traffic rules and giving a presentation on the same to the Juvenile Justice Board.
