00:00 : Crisis reunion in the Parliament with Profion (probably the way the scene was supposed to begin but was cut for time reason, since one of the "blue" screens at 01:09 was never finished) 01:45 : Ridley, Snails, Marina and Elwood escape Damodar going by the sewers. Note that this is the only scene in the whole movie where you learn the dwarf's name. 03:09 : Ridley and Marina are absorbed into the magic scroll and learn some important information about the Rod of Savrille. Damodar's moment IS in the final cut though. The scene was reportedly cut due to budget and time constraints, since there is nothing other than a voice to tell the information to Marina and Ridley. It also might have been cut for plot relevance since these same revelations are shared to Snails and Elwood by the other characters after they escape the tavern. 06:18 : Ridley, Snails, Marina and Elwood enter the Thieves Guild through a secret door. 07:42 : Ridley exits the Thieves Guild and goes after Damodar who kidnapped Marina and took the scroll. Extended fight scene involvig Elwood against the thieves and saving Snails who was taken hostage. Both characters exit the place and meet Ridley outside. The scene was probably removed due to time constraints (many sound effects are missing during the fight and the audio mixing isn't finished) and pacing issues, as the scene has no impact on the rest of the movie. 09:11 : Norda and Snails in the forest (extended scene) 11:06 : Marina and Ridley in the forest after Damodar killed Snails and wounded Ridley in his castle. Norda comes to ease Marina's grieving and admits she had feelings for Snails. An other group of Elves come out of the wood to lead them to someone who can heal Ridley. 13:20 : Tom Baker (The Fourth Doctor) makes a weird apperance as he heals Ridley from his wounds. But before Ridley's awakening, a whole dream sequence showed Ridley as he watched the birth of a Gold Dragon, suppositely showing himself in all its might, before flying away. The scene was obviously removed due to budget and time constraints, as the only effects that have been worked on are very basic CGI effects of the dragon leaving the place (which isn't saying much actually), probably for preview/previsualisation purposes. The props and blue screens remain untouched. 15:42 : Marina, Norda and Elwood wait outside for Ridley in the last dungeon, while Damodar and his men come by surprise in the background. The scene was probably removed for pacing issues and to keep Damodar's arrival a surprise. 16:08 : Just a shot with some legendary overacting by Jeremy Irons and a cameo by one of Dungeons & Dragons co-creators as one of the extra, during the Final Battle on the highest tower of Sumdall. The scene was obviously never supposed to make the cut, as there is very little editing, the blue screens are untouched, the film crew is visible, and there isn't even sound editing or treatment. 16:37 : Alternate ending where Ridley, instead of leaving with Marina, Norda and Elwood to look for a possibly alive Snails, actually leaves the cemetery on foot to go to his knighting ceremony at 18:45. This knighting ceremony was actually shot and reportedly featured another cameo by one of D&D co-creators but never made the cut and has never even been presented on any DVD/Blu-Ray bonus.
