Analog Whelen WPS-4004 Siren Test -- 8/16/24 -- Alert -- Sigourney, IA

Before setting up my cameras and drone in in What Cheer last month, I placed an audio recorder in Sigourney to record an ambience. After reviewing the recording, I heard that the 4004's pitch is a bit higher than one that bears a digital ESC-864, leading me to find out it's more than likely analog. As a result, I high tailed it down to Sigourney to record this beauty (not before almost hitting a deer and missing). Parking was a pain as there was nothing really close. I had to choose between setting up at the Belva Deer hotel, the shoulder of E Pleasant Valley St, or by the east gate of the wastewater treatment plant. The third one was the best option, so I set up near the east gate of the wastewater treatment plant.
