Here's a quick summary of the ingredients included in the Sculptnation pre-workout and their dosages... Beta Alanine: This pre-workout compound can provide a small increase in workout performance on high rep sets in the 60+ second range. The proper research studied dose for pre-workout supplements is typically between 3.2-6.4 grams, with the minimum effective dosage being 2 grams. The V-Shred pre-workout contains 1.2 grams. BCAA's: As long as you're consuming enough protein for the day as a whole, BCAA's are a redundant supplement that won't offer any further benefits for increasing protein synthesis or reducing muscle breakdown. In any case, a standard dosage would be around 5-10 grams before trainng, and the Sculptnation pre-workout provides 3 grams. L-Tyrosine: This ingredient reduces fatigue and increases mental focus during workouts. The dosage can be as high as 7000mg, with the minimum effective dose being 500mg. This pre-workout from the V-Shred supplement line contains 100mg. Betaine Anhydrous: Betaine might provide a very small increase in strength and power though the research is conflicting.
