And it didn't seem like it was gonna happen at all today. I was struggling with overhitting issues on my kickpad for the first three hours, which made sticking through the endless intro restart cycles painful. I also wasn't used to how band hyperspeed is different than quickplay hyperspeed. I used HS5 in solo for my other FCs, but I had to play on HS2 or HS3 for it to be readable in band quickplay. I eventually settled on HS3, which is pretty fast, and it initially caused a lot of headaches trying to read the highway because it's much shorter in full band. But despite the obstacles and setbacks, we pushed on. And finished it. With ZERO outro chokes! I had a choke in the final chorus in the second set of quick kicks at 4:14, but that was it. Our first time FCing to the roll of death and the outro strumming... I'm so amazed we got this done. Huge congrats and thanks to Zay, Nick, and Lyla for sticking this grind out. This is my favorite and best GH FBFC to date and I'm so proud of it. A few other things I wanna mention - Sorry for the lack of a hands edit. My drum kit is in a really bad state and I didn't want all the comments to be about how horrible it looks LOL. Also, I did this on 4-Lane drums instead of 5-Lane because the engine is slightly more forgiving. And it really matters for a song of this magnitude haha. ALSO. I dropped the drum sustains in the outro because for whatever reason they automatically drop on my game now?? I wasn't gonna risk overhitting so I just dropped them lmao
