Here is the Memorial Deluxe Signature 16" Acoustic Archtop Guitar I have finished for my friend Douglas S. Gilchrist's family. Doug was a warm and kind hearted man, a passionate musician, jazz guitar enthusiast and a dear friend, and a forever radiant positive and hopeful soul. The last time I spoke with him in November, we were anticipating the time when I would drive up to see him in Toronto, along with my son. Get to meet, and appreciate the moment of truth, when we'd get to enjoy seeing him discover his lifelong dream guitar, finally in his hands... The meaning that a special instrument has for its owner... and for the maker, who puts everything he got through it.
